Jolihot Terms and Conditions — Read before use

01 Overview & Applicability

Jolihot is an online gaming and entertainment platform operated for users in Bangladesh. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to the Jolihot website, mobile application, and all related services.

All users ("Members") of Jolihot's services are required to comply with these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, we ask that you refrain from using our platform.

Jolihot reserves the right to change, revise, or update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

02 Account Registration and Information Accuracy

You are required to provide accurate and truthful information when registering on Jolihot. If an account is created using false or fabricated details, Jolihot reserves the right to cancel the account and forfeit the balance.

• Full Name: Your full name must match your national ID card or passport.
• Active Mobile Number: A Bangladeshi number that you actively use.
• Email address: A regularly used and active email address.
• Date of birth: Accurate date of birth — required for age verification.
• One person, one account: Each member may operate only one account.

If multiple accounts are found, all of them will be cancelled and all balances forfeited. If multiple members of the same household share a device or network, please notify Jolihot support in advance.

03 Age & Eligibility Requirements

You must be at least 18 years old to open an account on Jolihot. Registration by minors is strictly prohibited and actively monitored by Jolihot.

• A national ID card or birth registration certificate may be required to verify your age at the time of registration.
• KYC (Know Your Customer) verification may be requested at any time if there is reason for doubt.
• Failure to complete KYC within the required timeframe may result in temporary account suspension.
• Users from restricted countries or regions are not permitted to register on Jolihot.

04 Deposit and Payment Policy

Jolihot supports a variety of payment methods for deposits, including mobile banking, e-wallets, and bank transfers. It is the member's responsibility to provide accurate information at the time of deposit.

• Payment from your own account: Deposits using third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.
• Minimum Deposit: A minimum amount applies for each payment method.
• Processing Time: Mobile banking is generally instant; bank transfers take 1–3 business days.
• Currency: All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).
• Maximum Limit: Maximum daily and monthly deposit limits apply.

If a suspicious transaction is flagged, Jolihot reserves the right to place a hold on deposit processing until verification is complete.

05 Withdrawal Policy and Process

Your account must be fully verified before you can make a withdrawal on Jolihot. Withdrawals from unverified accounts will not be processed.

• Processing Time: Approved withdrawals are typically processed within 1–72 hours.
• Withdraw via the same method: Withdrawals must be made using the same method used for the deposit.
• Minimum Withdrawal: Withdrawal requests below the minimum amount will not be processed.
• Bonus Wagering: Winnings derived from bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• Verification Documents: Identity verification may be required for your first withdrawal or for large amounts.

06 Bonus & Promotional Offers

Jolihot offers bonuses, cashback, free spins, and special promotions from time to time. Each offer has its own terms and conditions, which are clearly stated on the relevant promotion page.

• Wagering requirements: A specified wagering amount must be completed before bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• Validity: Every bonus has a set expiry date. Expired bonuses are automatically cancelled.
• One bonus per offer: Claiming the same promotion more than once is not permitted.
• Bonus Abuse: If bonus abuse is confirmed, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.

07 Gaming Rules and Fair Play

08 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Jolihot platform. Violations will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to play games.
• Using multiple accounts to exploit bonus offers (bonus arbitrage).
• Accessing or using another person's account without their permission.
• Misusing the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Exploiting technical vulnerabilities or flaws in the platform.
• Harassing, intimidating, or defrauding other members.
• Impersonating a Jolihot officer or representative.

09 Account Suspension and Closure

Jolihot reserves the right to temporarily or permanently suspend an account without prior notice in the following circumstances.

• In the event of a breach of any clause of these Terms.
• KYC or identity verification has not been completed.
• When suspicious financial activity is identified.
• Extended inactivity of 12 months or more.
• Where the member has requested self-exclusion or limit-setting.

Members may also request account closure at any time. The opportunity to withdraw any eligible balance will be provided before the account is closed, except in cases of termination due to a terms violation.

10 Privacy and Data Protection

• If a game is interrupted due to a lost internet connection, the outcome will be determined based on the server record.
• Members are personally liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized account access if the password was compromised due to their own negligence.
• Jolihot is not responsible for any expected profits not being realized or for financial losses incurred through gaming — gaming always carries risk.
